International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking
Every June 26th, we organize special awareness campaigns and free counseling sessions at our De-Addiction Center. We reach out to villages across Chandrapur and Gadchiroli, sharing stories of the 362 lives we helped reclaim from addiction. Our counselors conduct workshops in schools and communities, educating families about recognizing addiction early and seeking help. We offer free health checkups and guidance to anyone struggling with substance abuse, reminding them that recovery is possible and they are not alone in this fight.
International Day of Older People
On October 1st, we celebrate our elderly residents at Mitali Old Age Home with special meals, cultural programs, and heartfelt gatherings. We invite students and community members to spend time with our senior citizens, listening to their life stories and wisdom. This day reminds us why we began this journey in 1980. We organize free medical checkups for elderly persons in nearby villages and distribute essentials to those living alone. It is our way of honoring the generation that built our nation and deserves our utmost respect and care.
World Health Day
Each April 7th, we conduct free medical camps across remote villages in tribal areas of Chandrapur and Gadchiroli districts. Our team from the Ten Bedded Hospital in Alibag, along with Ayurvedic and Homeopathic practitioners, provides complimentary health screenings, consultations, and medicines to underserved communities. We focus on preventive care, teaching families about nutrition, hygiene, and early disease detection. For many villagers, this is their only access to quality healthcare throughout the year, making this day truly life-changing for countless families.
