Caring for Our Elders

At Mitali Old Age Home in Juni Wadsa, Desaiganj, and our Day Care Center in Chandrapur, we provide warm meals, clean shelter, clothing, and complete medical care to elderly persons who have nowhere else to turn. Many arrive at our doors suffering from dementia, abandoned and alone. Here, they find not just a roof but a family. We ensure their remaining years are filled with dignity, comfort, and the care they devoted their lives giving to others. Every day, our staff members treat each resident as their own parent, providing the love and attention every elderly person deserves in their twilight years.

Breaking the Chains of Addiction

Our De-Addiction Treatment and Guidance Center stands as a lifeline for families torn apart by substance abuse. In 2022-2023, we admitted 362 individuals struggling with alcohol dependency, offering them completely free treatment, counseling, and rehabilitation. Our dedicated counselors and field workers reach out to villages, bringing hope to those trapped in the darkness of addiction to alcohol, tobacco, gutka, and smoking. We provide residential care, medical support, and psychological guidance at no cost because we believe every young life deserves a chance to reclaim their future and contribute to their family and nation.

Healing Through Traditional Medicine

Through our Ayurvedic Guidance Camps across Chandrapur district, we reconnect communities with ancient healing wisdom that our ancestors trusted for centuries. We help people understand that sustainable health comes from nature’s remedies, not just quick fixes. Our camps bring traditional Ayurvedic knowledge directly to farmers and villagers who value these time-tested treatments but lack access to proper guidance. We make this ancient science accessible and practical for daily life, helping families embrace holistic wellness that treats the root cause rather than just symptoms.

Homeopathic Care for All

Our Homeopathic Guidance Camps bring gentle, side-effect-free treatment to those wary of harsh medications. Led by experienced practitioners like Mr. M. M. Dongare and Ku. Vaishali Meshram, we treated 63 patients in Chandrapur, with 75-79 people participating and learning about homeopathic alternatives. We witness people discovering that effective treatment does not require expensive medicines with harmful side effects. Our doctors patiently explain how homeopathy works, helping families make informed choices about their health. Every camp represents our commitment to providing healthcare options that are both affordable and safe for everyone.

Building Informed Communities

We conduct sensitization programs in schools and colleges across Chandrapur, teaching young students about elderly care and family values. As modern life pushes families apart, we remind the next generation about the sacrifices their parents and grandparents made. Through heartfelt guidance sessions, our team helps students understand that progress should not mean abandoning those who raised us. We share real stories from Mitali Old Age Home, showing what happens when elderly parents are left alone. These programs plant seeds of compassion, ensuring our cultural values of respecting and caring for elders survive in changing times.

Accessible Healthcare for the Poor

Our newly established Ten Bedded Hospital in Alibag, Raigad District, serves those who cannot afford expensive private medical care. Here, our medical officers and staff provide free treatment to scheduled caste communities and other economically disadvantaged individuals. Every patient receives the same quality care regardless of their ability to pay. Our hospital stands as proof that healthcare is a right, not a privilege. From minor ailments to serious conditions requiring hospitalization, we ensure no one suffers simply because they lack money. Our medical team works with dedication and compassion, treating each patient as family.
